In this class, Amy Haid guides you through how she weaves the principles of yoga and the tarot into her personal practice. She discusses how both are valuable tools that allow for self-reflection, and allow you to embody the essence of their wisdom through practice. Crystals and stones, your beautiful allies from the earth, assist in taking this wisdom out into the world as the authentic YOU. With these tools, you won't just be surviving during the hectic chaos that sometimes accompanies “the holiday season,” but thriving!
