Where is my package?
When your package ships, you’ll receive an email immediately with your shipping and tracking information. Make sure you check your spam folder if you don’t see this email. Still can’t find it? Contact us at hello@modernmysticshop.com and we’ll help.
The tracking says my package was delivered, but it isn’t here!
Sometimes mail gets marked as delivered a little early which is frustrating. Please give your package an additional 24 hours to arrive. If you still don’t receive it, contact us at hello@modernmysticshop.com.
My package was stolen! Will you replace it?
We’re so sorry to hear your package was stolen. After items have left our facility, it’s the responsibility of USPS to help you resolve issues with stolen items. You can make a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
What is your online return and exchange policy?
We’re sorry you’re not in love with your item! We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged or defective. I saw something in your store, but I can’t find it on your website.
We only carry our core line of products and best sellers in our online store. For the full Modern Mystic Shop experience, visit us at our Atlanta and New York locations. If you want to double check about an item, use our chat at the bottom right of the screen and we’re happy to help.
When will my favorite item be back in stock?
Supply chains can be tricky, but we try our very best to keep your favorite products stocked up .If you’re worried that your favorite item has been discontinued, feel free to reach out to us on our chat or by email at hello@modernmysticshop.com.
Will you carry my products in your shop?

How can I sell your products in my shop?

You can carry our amazing book that includes candles, incense, and ritual oil! Spells for the Modern Mystic: A Ritual Guidebook and Spell-Casting Kit by Kelley Knight and Brandon Knight is available from HarperCollins.
Where can I get a tarot reading?
We offer tarot readings virtually anytime and in-person readings at our Atlanta location in Ponce City Market. In person readings are available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from noon to eight o’clock pm.
We don’t currently have an on-site reader for our New York location, but we offer tarot and astrology pop-ups in our space. We announce pop-ups via Instagram stories so please give us a follow @modernmystic_shop.
How can I book a reading with you?
You can book a virtual reading or in-person reading at our Atlanta location by visiting https://modernmystictarot.com and clicking “Book Now”. You can pick from our amazing readers and then select your appointment duration, date and time.
Can I cancel or reschedule my tarot reading?
We understand that sometimes life happens and you need to cancel or reschedule. That’s ok! You can cancel your appointment or reschedule with at least 24 hours advance notice. Look for your confirmation email for your tarot appointment. At the bottom of the email you’ll find a link to reschedule or cancel. Same day cancellations will not be refunded.

How do I book readers for an event I’m hosting?
Interested in having our readers at your event? No problem! Send us an email at tarot@modernmysticshop.com with a little information about your event including the location. We’ll get back to you with more information.
I have an appointment, but I can’t find the zoom link. What should I do?
If you scheduled a virtual appointment and it has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the zoom link in it (always check your spam folder, just in case). If you’re still unable to locate your zoom link, you can either email tarot@modernmysticshop.com for assistance, or respond to the confirmation text you received. Please check for your link prior to your reading time to give our team time to respond.
My reader never showed up to our zoom meeting.
We try our best to give you the best tarot experience every time, but every once in a while technical errors can occur. If you have any trouble with your reading, please respond to your confirmation text message or email tarot@modernmysticshop.com.
My tarot reader canceled my appointment. Will I get a refund?
While it’s very rare that your reader will cancel a confirmed appointment, don’t worry - you’ll be refunded immediately and you can schedule a new appointment. Please give 5-7 days for the refund to be reflected by your bank.
I wasn’t happy with the outcome of my reading. Can I get a refund?
Sometimes the cards don’t say what we want to hear. Try to keep in mind that this is just one perspective and you have the free will to determine your own path. We don’t offer refunds for readings.
What are your store hours?
We are open every Monday - Saturday from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, but we’re open for every other major holiday! Come by and visit us.

We are located inside of Ponce City Market, on the second floor above the Food Hall. Our address is 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE N214 Atlanta, GA 30308.
What’s your in store refund policy?
In order to maintain the integrity of our products, all sales are final except for CBD products which are eligible for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Once our products leave the store with you, they’ve found their forever home.
Why didn’t I get a copy of my receipt?
While we don’t offer printed receipts in our store (save the trees!), we do email a copy of the receipt. If you declined to give your email address, or you can’t find the receipt in your inbox (don’t forget to check your spam folder), send an email to hello@modernmysticshop.com and we’ll send a copy.

Can I still experience Sunday School?
While we no longer offer a live version of Sunday School in the shop, we still have hours and hours of recordings available for free on our podcast! Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@modernmysticshop.com and send your item to: HD Fulfillment | Modern Mystic Shop 1015-A Collier Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30318, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or stolen items will not be covered by Modern Mystic Shop. Once we send your item to USPS you will have to process a claim with them.
