Where is my package?
We know you're excited to get your package, but once it's out of our hands we have access to the same shipping information as you do. Please refer to your shipping notification email which gives you the most update to date tracking from USPS. (Because all we do is check the same link we sent you).
It says delivered, but it's not here. WTF?
Urgh! Frustrating, right? It happens to us, too. Please wait another 24 hours and if it hasn't arrived please email firstname.lastname@example.org. 99.9% of the time it appears the next day as if by magic!
Someone stole my package, will you replace it?
Well, that porch pirate will get the karma that's coming to them. Unfortunately, since we fulfilled our end of the deal by packing and shipping your items we don't replace stolen merch. You can however make a claim with USPS.
How do I place a return?

I saw something in your store and I can't find it on your site!
Dang, ok. Visit our homepage and look for the search bar at the top. We have a super fancy search function that will help you find what you're looking for.
If it's not there, then we don't sell it online. We only offer a curated collection of our goods online for now. You have to visit the flagship store to get the full experience.
When will my favorite item be back in stock?
We try so hard never to be sold out, but supply chain gets tricky and our fans snag our goods fast! Click the NOTIFY ME button on the product listing page and you will get an email as soon as we get new stock.

We're not currently accepting new vendors. Lame, we know. But we're working hard on expanding our own lines and are focusing there for the near term.
How can I resell your products?
We made the hard choice to pause wholesale for now. However, you can sell our amazing book: Spells for the Modern Mystic through our publisher Harper Collins.

How do I find you?
We are located inside of Ponce City Market on the 2nd Floor above the Food Hall. The address is 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30308. HERE is access to extensive directions and maps to help get you here.
What are your store protocols?
So glad you asked! Masks, hand sanitizer upon entry, and social distancing enforced. No cash excepted. Only 8 folks allowed inside at a time. If our doors are closed please wait outside and add your name to our waitlist and we will text you when it's your turn to enter.
Do you carry sage?
It's amazing how may times people ask this question! Yes! We have all kinds of sage and clearing herbs and we can't wait to tell you about our ethical sourcing and how to use it responsibly.
